Welcome to Perry and the Mark Twain Lake Area
On behalf of the City of Perry, I wish to welcome you to our community and the Mark Twain Lake area. Perry is located in the southwest corner of Ralls County in Northeast Missouri. We are a growing community with a great school system and offer many facilities for young and retired families.
Throughout Perry you will find unique shops and some of northeast Missouri’s best dining establishments.
Perry is the host to several events during the summer including the Mark Twain Lake Rodeo, National Fishing Tournaments, Fourth of July Picnic, Perry Cruise Night and the Amanda Jaspering Memorial Garden Tractor Pull, which is one of the largest garden tractor pulls in the Midwest.
Perry is a friendly, clean and well maintained community that you will want to visit or call home.

Utility bills are due by the 15th of each month. Payments made after the 15th through the 25th of each month will be assessed a five percent penalty. Payments not received by the 25th of each month will be disconnected.
Trash & Brush Pickup
Residential trash pickup is every Wednesday, please have trash at edge of road by 7 AM.
Brush pickup runs every Friday from March to December. Sticks and limbs may be laid street-side, small sticks and leaves should be placed in a bag or container.
