City Government

Welcome to Perry and the Mark Twain Lake Area

The City of Perry welcomes you to our community and the Mark Twain Lake area.  Perry is located in the southwest corner of Ralls County in Northeast Missouri.  We are a growing community with a great school system and offer many facilities for young and retired families.  In 2016, Perry celebrated it’s 150th birthday in grand style with a four-day celebration.

Throughout Perry you will find unique shops and some of northeast Missouri’s best dining establishments.

Perry is the host to several events during the summer including the Mark Twain Lake Rodeo, National Fishing Tournaments, Fourth of July Picnic, Perry Cruise Night and the Amanda Jaspering Memorial Garden Tractor Pull, which is one of the largest garden tractor pulls in the Midwest.

Perry is a friendly, clean and well maintained community that you will want to visit or call home.
