Perry Fourth of July Event Planned

The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce is planning a fun day in the park for this year’s Perry Fourth of July Celebration.  The event will feature a grand parade, antique tractor pull, baby show, Little Mr. & Miss Perry, carousel rides, volleyball tournament, dunking booth, food and other games for the kids.  Make plans to join us for a day of fun in the park.

The Great Outdoors Will Be Featured at First Movie Night

The classic movie, The Great Outdoors will be featured at the first movie night of the season on Saturday night, May 26th at Bill Trower Memorial Park in Perry.  The free movie night is sponsored by the City of Perry and 154 Marine.  Come early to view the 154 Marine display starting at 7 pm.  There will also be music, and traditional movie snacks.  The movie will begin at dusk.  The City of Perry recommends movie watchers to bring a blanket or lawn chair to the event.  Organizers hope everyone comes and enjoys a great night of family friendly fun.
